Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing water and sewer mains, lines, valves, service connections, in addition to water meter installation, repair and reading and hydrant flushing.
No person other than the Water Department Superintendent, his designee or person authorized by the Village Council or Village Manager, may adjust, alter or otherwise exert dominion over the Village sewer system property. Any person tampering, altering, adjusting, damaging, destroying or otherwise interfering with the Village of Three Oaks Sewer Department property...is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to a payment of a civil fine of not less than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars or more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction.
