Village Clerk

The Village Clerk's office serves as the information center for the Village. This includes maintenance of all official Village records; including ordinances, resolutions, deeds, agreements, and the Village Charter. The Clerk is responsible for the preparation of Council meeting minutes, as well as publishing all legal notices relating to Public hearings. The Clerk affixes the Village seal on legal documents and administers the Oaths of Office.

The Village Clerk prepares the utility bills for mailing. The bills are mailed at the beginning of each month.

The Village Clerk also serves as the FOIA coordinator.
