Three Oaks Downtown Development Authority(DDA)
To act as a Downtown Development Authority in accordance with Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended, including but not limited to: to correct and prevent deterioration in the Downtown Development District, to encourage historic preservation, to create and implement development plans, and to promote economic growth.
Mission Statement
The Three Oaks Downtown Development Authority’s mission is to promote and enrich a vigorous, culturally rich, downtown business district while retaining and enhancing our small town charm.

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Village Hall. The Public is welcome.

Downtown Development Authority Act 197 of 1975Planning Commission Mission Statement:
Through the development of a comprehensive land use master plan and supportive zoning regulations, the Planning Commission will guide the future growth and development of the Village of Three Oaks in a manner that is economically viable, environmentally sound and socially responsible, while preserving the atmosphere and charm that makes the Village unique.
The Planning Commission is looking for a few good people to help implement the Goals and Objectives from the current Plan. Please join us in our quest to map out the future of Three Oaks.
