To act as a Downtown Development Authority in accordance with Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended, including but not limited to: to correct and prevent deterioration in the Downtown Development District, to encourage historic preservation, to create and implement development plans, and to promote economic growth.
Mission Statement
The Three Oaks Downtown Development Authority’s mission is to promote and enrich a vigorous, culturally rich, downtown business district while retaining and enhancing our small town charm.
Inside Out
The Village of Three Oaks DDA(Downtown Development Authority) and TOBA-Three Oaks Business Association present the "Inside Out Summer Festival." Join us Saturday, July 30th, 2011 from 9am-7pm ET, downtown Three Oaks. Please let us know if you'd like to participate as a vendor, performer, business or volunteer.
